Q. What shipping options are available?

A: UPS or FedEx Ground are standard, we do not ship international

Q: How much will each shipping method cost the customer?

A: Cost will depend on the weight of the product. Specific costs associated will be selected at check-out when choosing the shipping options.

Q: Are there restrictions of where you can deliver?

A: We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Delivery Options:

We know that getting your products on time is important to keep your project on-track. We use several couriers to deliver goods from EtherWAN to all over the US and choose the carrier getting you the order in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of the package. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of the product and the Shipping Carrier that is chosen. Specific costs associated will be selected at check-out when choosing the shipping options.

Tracking:

All of our delivery options are trackable. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking information for your parcel. You can also find shipping and tracking information for your orders under ‘My Orders’.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally.
