SHIPPING AND RETURNS

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

We use mostly UPS and FedEx, to deliver goods from EtherWAN to all over the US, in the quickest time, depending on the size and weight of the package. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of the product. Specific costs associated will be selected at check-out when choosing the shipping options.

TRACKING:

All of our delivery options are trackable. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking information for your parcel. You can also find shipping and tracking information for your orders under ‘My Orders’.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally. For international orders, please visit Where to Buy.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept unopened returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery for a 90% refund. Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee, based on charges for credit card fees, plus the related out-of-pocket and administrative costs. All items for sale in the Clearance section are final, and are not accepted for return unless they are damaged or defective. Please allow 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our logistics center.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Any orders cancelled prior to shipment will be charged a 4% cancellation fee, based on charges for credit card fees, plus the related out-of-pocket and administrative costs. Orders placed after the product(s) have been shipped are unable to be canceled.
