DELIVERY OPTIONS:
We use mostly UPS and FedEx, to deliver goods from EtherWAN to all over the US, in the quickest time, depending on the size and weight of the package.Â
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs will depend on the size and weight of the product. Specific costs associated will be selected at check-out when choosing the shipping options.Â

TRACKING:
All of our delivery options are trackable. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a link to your tracking information for your parcel. You can also find shipping and tracking information for your orders under ‘My Orders’.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally. For international orders, please visit Where to Buy.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept unopened returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery for a 100% refund. Please allow 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our logistics center.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Any orders cancelled prior to shipment may be charged a cancellation based on EtherWAN’s inventory carrying costs, the likelihood of EtherWAN quickly selling products to other buyers and the related out-of-pocket costs and administrative costs. Orders placed after the product(s) have been shipped are unable to be canceled.
