EtherWAN EMC400-EPWS media converter rack is a 4-slot DIN-rail mount chassis, which brings flexibility, reliability and redundant power to mission critical network infrastructures. Its flexible design allows you to power up to four EtherWAN commercial fiber media converters in one media converter chassis, giving users a solution that fits the needs of each individual network installation. Designed with dual power inputs, the EMC400-EPWS allows for two separate power sources to increase reliability and dependability while eliminating the single point of failure of a single power source. (Two Power Supply Included with the EMC400-EPWS)

With its hot swappable design, the EMC400-EPWS media converter rack allows existing communications to remain uninterrupted during the simple installation of EtherWAN commercial fiber media converters. In addition, the EMC400-EPWS incorporates electrical isolation with fused overcurrent protection between devices within its chassis. With its solid metal enclosure, DIN-rail mount design, and hot swappable technology, the EMC400-EPWS is the ideal solution for reliably interconnecting separated network media and extending Ethernet beyond its boundaries.
